Delivery and billing addresses you save or enter at checkout.
Order details: products, amounts, payment method, and order status.
Messages you send about an order, review, or question.

How we use it

To create your account and keep you signed in.
To take orders, arrange delivery, and send order updates.
To process Razorpay payments.
To handle cancellations, returns, and warranty claims.
To keep the store secure and fix problems.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We store the Razorpay order id and payment id needed to match a payment to your order. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking password.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep your bag, login, and checkout working. Optional cookies help us understand how the store is used. You can choose “Necessary only” or “Allow cookies”, and you can change that choice from Cookies in the footer. Your choice is saved for a year.

Sharing

We share delivery details with the shipping partner that carries your order, and payment details with Razorpay when you pay online. We do not sell your personal information.

You can update your name, phone, and addresses from My Account. Email support@vikroh.com if you want a copy of your account details or want your account closed. We keep order records that we need for delivery, refunds, warranty, and legal requirements.
