These terms are issued by Vikroh Solutions LLP (PhoneSure) and apply when you browse, create an account, or place an order on this store. Products are sold by Vikroh Solutions LLP (PhoneSure).

Using the store

You may use the store to view refurbished phones, add them to your bag, and place an order. You agree to give accurate account and address details and to use the site only for lawful personal shopping.

Accounts

Some actions, including checkout, need a signed-in account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for orders placed from your account.

Products

Phones are refurbished and graded by condition. Each listing describes the grade, what is included, and the warranty. A device is quality-checked before it is offered. Photos and grades describe the typical condition of that grade. The price you pay is the catalogue price confirmed when the order is placed.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when a Razorpay payment is successfully received. Checkout offers only Razorpay. Stock is reserved when that payment is completed.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

Delivery time depends on the listing and your pincode. You may cancel an order before it is shipped, as described in the Cancellation Policy. Eligible returns and the 3-month warranty are covered in the Refund & Return Policy. Prices, tax, and shipping are explained in Pricing Details.

Changes

We may update these terms, product details, or prices. The terms shown on this page apply to new orders. An order you have already placed keeps the price and policies confirmed at checkout.
